Last week, I bake a banana prune cake again.
After baking for 30 mins, I got a nice round cake, not much breaking.
Turn it over to peel off the base and the side of the baking paper, then leave the cake on a plate.
This time I spread a soft layer of margarine and then sprinkle some icing sugar on top of the cake.
I cut it and put it into a box.
