Sunny in the morning and cloudy with abit of shower and thunder in the afternoon
(Still so warm and heaty!)
Tonight's dinner, Udon soup!
Home cook, wanna taste?
This time I did not put the udon together with the soup, but I cook the udon separately. I also cook the quail egg and brocoli separately.
1) Boil cut tomato in a pot of water.
2) Cook miso in the pot of boiled water until dissolved.
3) Put in all the ingredients you like including the peeled quail eggs
4) Boil another pot of water and scald the brocoli, drain and then put in the udon and cook for a few minutes.
5) Drain udon and put into a bowl for each serving.
6) Scoop miso and ingredients into the bowl.
7) Arrange the ingredients nicely.
8) Put black sesame and sakura shrimps or anything you like as toppings.
Yum!
Enjoy!
