校园池边感言

这里是在儿子校园里的池边拍的。 我们以前的学校也有鱼池， 不过我们的鱼池没有亭子。瞒喜欢有亭子的小院子， 累了可以歇息， 看看鱼儿， 看看鸟。 鸟儿喜欢在鱼池旁沐浴， 瞒逗趣的。休闲时， 下课后， 偶尔到鱼池的亭子绕绕， 对我来说， 真的能改变我的心情， 让自己放松， 难得糊涂。

Wushu Competition 2018

习武的家伙们! It was once again the annual National Primary School Wushu Compeitition. This is the second year Metta took part in the competition representing her school. I guess it was an experience of a lifetime. Afterall, life of primary school only come once.

2018 CNY Bake - CSH Clover Savoury House

It's again once a year, a Chinese New Year. It's my favourite festival of the year, not because of the Ang Pao (of course), but because of the tradition and memories.

I am scared to count how many cycles I have been through this zodiac animals thingy, how many years of fengshui I have been following.

Aside from these, yes I love to bake for CNY. I am always following the bakers' trend from what they are baking and I am so interested to see what they bake. This year I bake doggy figurine pineapple balls and  German cookie in doggy shape. So far this is it and I will continue to bake other stuffs. I am already late.

CNY at Chinatown 2018

Chinese New Year of the Dog is coming so I visited Chinatown during one of the weekdays, at the same time catching up with few friends

"Wang wang" is what we want usually symbolise by pineapple, but for the coming year, dogs are the one who will be representing "Wang" because it's the barking sound of doggies and puppies. Wang wang everywhere.

My Baobei My Essential oils

Here I introduce some of my precious essential oils to everyone.

I am currently using the world class brand doTerra EOs and I would say that I love their range of oils. Straight, neat and not so confusing. You use the specific EOs to deal with your health problem. 

The oil penetrates deep into our cell and kill all bad virus in the cell. Bad bacteria are kill by antibiotic but antibiotic cannot enter cell membrane, so they cannot kill virus. Only EO can penetrate cells. There makes a difference to the red blood cells 30 secs after applying just 1 drop of EO.

Doterra EO are 100% pure and natural, safe to use and potent. That's to say, standardised active compounds. DOTERRA EO can be taken orally, they are CPTG ie. Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade

See? My favourite EO are those standing.  Basic EO to start are Peppermint, Lavendar and Lemon. Just these 3, you can start blending. 

Mix 1 drop each of peppermint and lavendar and apply to back of neck and chest or apply to sole of both feet to promote good sleep. 

1 drop of Lavendar on the pillow for peaceful nap. 

1 drop of peppermint for flu comfort

1 drop of lemon and peppermint each, for exam / study/ work focus. Mix and rub behind your neck or over forehead. I find it very comforting.

So you see, 3 basic EO can make miracle and change your health. Why not give it a try?

2017 CNY Rooster Year - Clucky the lucky rooster

Clucky is the one we get for Rooster Year 2017.

The rooster is a symbol of fearless warrior who excel in both 文& 武. (ie. 文武双全). Why? A rooster has a crown on his head which symbolises "scholastic attainment". Rooster has very fearless characteristics and sharp beak and craws on its feet to fight with its enemies which is why he is also a symbol of Kungfu Warrior or "武者"

Back to Clucky our lovely soft-toy rooster,

Clucky is very lovable, has a lovely face to see and body is so huggable. Love at first sight, so we brought him home.

His feets sew in shape of a "peace" symbol, so simple to draw, always what we call "chicken feet", meaning "easy".
In terms of fengshui, according to WOFS.com, the rooster figure is very auspicious to be gifted to children this year because they can protect the children from being harm or bullied in school (red) and helping them achieve good result (yellow).

We are glad that we bought him home despite being indecisive at first and keep going back to look at it. The store has only 5 of them.
