This was the lovely view of clouds seen on one fine morning, on 24 April.
Amazed by how mother sky can create a master piece of arts easily.

这一天，四月二十五日的早晨， 天空展现一幅"美云图"。
感叹大自然的奥妙，轻易地就能呈现出一幅好作品。

Saboten

Metta won a Sashimi set in a "spin and win" promotion after we had our
lunch at IMM.
It's a big prize. Condition is we have to order any set to enjoy it for
free and it was only available within that day itself.

We therefore returned to IMM in the evening to have our dinner at Saboten.

It was a well worth.

Thank you Saboten.

大阪王将午茶套餐有感

日本料理常常让我想起日本。尤其是近年刚与家人同游东京还一直念念不忘。
过去我也去了日本好几次，从西至北，都很怀念。

有一天经过大阪王将餐厅， 不由自主地很想尝试他们的午茶套餐。
虽然这里从照片看我点的是中华料理， 但出来的效果其实还蛮像日本煮法啦。

说到大阪， 还真让我想起那热腾腾的章鱼丸烧 （Takoyaki ）还有 "随心所欲"
包菜烧（ Okonomiyaki）。
大阪的美食街一路从难波到日本桥， 还有新斋桥那一段，真的令我难以忘怀。
可爱的小玩意儿也可真的让您 Shop till you drop...

看来我真的要好好再计划一下咯。关西， 等我！

Cheese cake

I baked a Cheese cake once again after a year! The feedback was that the cake was not as soft as those bought outside. Probably was that I used 1 egg less than the called recipe.

I am baking it again since I am left with another half of the cream cheese.

Hopefully it would be soft this time.  I have got one whole box of eggs for standby this time ♡

Simple veg dinner

 Vegetarian dinner on the 1st day of lunar 3rd month. Yes, it's Qing Ming Festival once again.

Some dun take eggs on 1st or 15th when observing a vegetarian day.  I am OK with eggs as long as I abstain from eating any meat.  

Friendship band

It's for KL to exchange with his classmate / friends in the school
during the friendship week.

This is KL's favourite lion on board Cruise SuperStar Virgo.

We have decided to take a picture like that every time we board
SuperStar Virgo.
We think that this lion is like a yardstick to KL's growth in height :)
