CNY Rabbit Year is finally here!
I love the CNY mood, it's so enjoyable and fun!
This year my CNY had been planned as follows:-
2 Feb - CNY Eve - Reunion dinner (Wow I was so FULL...) & I specially enjoy the 10.30pm countdown show every year, and and and the mood when the clock strike 12 midnight, when everybody start to pray and welcome the God of Wealth. This custom was not b/f in our family anymore ever since my dad went to report to Amitabha.
3 Feb - CNY 1st day - Paying visit to our elders' houses. Yeah, going to "Ah-ma" house and meeting all the "cousins" which is something exciting every year to me, because I never had "cousins" gathering before I get married. After that, we went to my mum's place with 2 sleepy heads.
4 Feb - CNY 2nd day - Waiting for our juniors to come. As SIL is still doing her confinement, we decided to go over instead. I want to see YR and the baby ZN. Oh they are so adorable esp YR, he is so adorable at this age! Today we brought 4 oranges over, but KL dropped one onto the pavement and boy, can't retrieve coz is too out. Is for the birds liao. Today my brother's family was here. My mum tag along too, so excited. My SIL is 5 mos preggy, that's good since a little rabbit would be delivered, I love rabbit :-)
5 Feb - CNY 3rd day - Visiting to friend's house. Yeah, going to WY's house and KL is waiting eagerly to battle Cheng Jun's beyblade! We decided to go IKEA after that. thinking of their Yusheng, 捞捞看有没有发财?
6 Feb - CNY 4th day - Going out for CNY activities. This year not going to Sentosa 花会 coz heard that it's too crowded. So this year we are going to watch 大世界! After watching, will make a trip to temple to pay respect to Buddha. 佛是我的导师， 岂能忘记？
7 Feb - CNY 5th day - What? 开工啦？不要啦！!@#$%^&*(+XYZ . Anyway looking forward to my kickboxing lesson coz putting on too much weight liao :-(
8 Feb - CNY 6th day - 忙忙忙
9 Feb - CNY 7th day - CCL, Metta's birtthday celebration at cc, KL will be in school thus cannot join, so sad :-(. Will do a replacement for Metta on 13 Feb if possible.
10 Feb - CNY 8th day - 忙忙忙, but I am sure I will be enjoying the mood when the clock strike 12 midnight, coz it's for
the Hokkien, 天公旦 on the 9th, although I will not be involved totally. I juz like how they stay up late to burn the sugar cane. I also like how the Hokkien do them elaborately. Wish that I could join a family one day on such practice though, hmmm..
11 Feb - CNY 9th day - Co 捞鱼生 & CNY buffet. Will get out 开工红包 (ONLY) today! So late hor... but better than never.
12 Feb - CNY 10th day - Paying visit to Michelle's house for annual gathering cum 捞鱼生 & CNY buffet. Very excited as I will meet even more friends and getting fatter as well :-(
13 Feb - CNY 11th day - Kakis gathering at home. 麻烦的Kakis 到底商量好了没？
14 Feb - CNY 12th day - Metta's birthday cum Valentines' Day, probably CCL again, juz to rest and be happy :-)
15 Feb - CNY 13th day - 忙忙忙
16 Feb - CNY 14th day - 忙忙忙
17 Feb - CNY 15th day - End of CNY festival in Singapore :-( 不要啦！都玩不够的。。。
18 Feb - CNY 16th day - Co exhibition 又要忙了
在我心里每天都是 CNY， 因为我要开心， 我喜欢欢乐， 喜欢热闹， 喜欢过年的感觉！
