Kai Le's 4th birthday on 2 Dec
Le Le is 4 years old today (2/12/2008).
Papa bought a remote control car for him as a birthday present. Mama prepared a wonderful steamboat dinner with the family members and a birthday cake. Popo gave him an Ang Bao. Meimei sang him a birthday song. KC2 (the cc which lele attended) present him a wonderful colour pencil set with tracing rulers.
It was such a wonderful occassion. How we enjoyed ourselves!

A real childcare leave day with Le Le
I took a childcare leave to stay at home and Le Le is staying home too. Then
we decided to go out. The day was sunny. I cook porridge and we ate
together, then I started my online Spree (haha..). After few hours of Spree,
backache came and I decided to go for a massage session, so i call up the
saloon and got myself in.
Here is our schedule:
7.30am Wake up
9.00 am Bathe Le Le
10.00 am Cook and eat porridge
10.30am Online Spree
1.45 pm Go Out
2.45 pm Eat Lunch cum Hi-Tea at BJ
4.00 pm Go Massage
6.00 pm Go to Popo house
8.30 pm Go home
Le le fell asleep on the bus as it was cooling and the weather is getting
cloudy. As soon as we reached Bugis, the rain droplet came. Poor him, I have
to wake him up and ask him to walk.
We were early so we decided to have our late lunch cum hi-tea at BJ. We ate
Ah Koon Roti, 2 soft-boiled eggs and had a cup of coffee. Le le wants
meatballs from Tori-Q so i decided to get 1 stick and a donut for him to
keep him busy while I could do the massage later on.
Upon reaching the saloon with wet unnbrella, the staffs were glad to see
this little boy. Oh he was the only male around, he he he... My massure put
him on a chair, laid the newsapaper on the table and let him enjoy his
Tori-Q and donut. I also brought his favourite car and a story book for him
to read. Before we leave the saloon, Le Le even tell the staffs this, "
改次我没有school,我再来 ok?". Guess he really enjoy the stay at the saloon as much
as I do. I was glad everything went on fine, haha..
It was still drizzling when we left for Popo's house. Lucky us, we got up
the bus with available seat just upon reaching the bus stop even though it
was rainning and that it was peak office knock-off hours. Le Le fell asleep
again on the bus, this time even more cosy!
I hope that I could have more of such quality time together with Le Le more
often.
Indeed, it was a memorable day for the 2 of us.

A Kitty name Sarah-Hope
I am a cat l lover. I have just got this email from Lynn, also a cat lover and a volunteer.
Please read the Story of Sarah-Hope. An 8 years old female cat, who need just a corner of your love to warm.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Friends,Remember Sarah-Hope? She was one of the 1st cats I took out from the Old Lady's flat. She had an enlarged heart due to Taurine deficiency and was causing her to be breathless at times. She gave birth to 3 kittens at the vet and 1 died. The other 2 were raised by the vet and were healthy. They were both adopted out.
Sarah-Hope is now ready to be discharged. She is FIV+ and can be breathless sometimes but she has no life-threatening conditions at the moment. As long as she goes to a good home with proper and responsible care, she would be a great companion to have. She's affectionate, intelligent and loyal. Why do I say that? Because I've visited her several times and I noticed that she's very good at recognizing people. She recognizes me every single time and wherever I move to, she follows loyally like a little doggy. She was also very protective of her babies before they were adopted out, a very good and responsible mom indeed.
Due to her age (estimated around 8) and condition, the vet advised that it's best not to sterilize her. As long as she goes to a comfortable home and all the cats in that household are sterilized, it would just simply be perfect for her to live out her remaining life.
I hope to call out to all who has the means to please consider adopting Sarah-Hope. She is a beautiful cat and definitely would warm someone's heart with her gentle personality. If you can give her a home, please email me or find me on MSN : wailing_lam@hotmail.com
You can see her pictures here, just click on the link and you'll be redirected to the album - http://picasaweb.google.com/crystal.chakra/SarahHope#

Lynn

Rainbow on fountain
This is the restaurant's fountain. This morning while bringing Le Le to school, we pass by this fountain as usual and I told Le Le, "Look, the fountain is so tall today and the sunray is shining on it, there might be rainbow to see if we are lucky!"
True enough, we saw rainbow!

Heaven on Earth
It's not easy to travel all the way up to Dharamsala, where they call it "Little Tibet", on a mountain area of the North Pradesh in India. I wonder, would I ever travel there again?

Hand Bandage
It was for the final follow up for Metta's UTI problem which had been troubling her since Nov 2007.
When the tube was again inserted into her little vein of her little hand, my heart ached again. Her wail was loud but panic mum and dad could do nothing but to wait impatiently outside the treatment room. This was to prepare her for the jab later on in case she need that for that little dosage to make her fall asleep while the final test would be carried out. However, it was not needed afterall as she was able to fall asleep on her own while the whole scanning was in progress.
Of course I hope this would be the final bandage for her UTI problem once and for all.
Otak
Popo thinks that it's too hot for me, but I'm afraid of no Otak!
See? I dare to eat Otak, the big type!
Tell you secretly... "si-be-hiam"!!! (See my face...) But in order to save face, I eat the whole thing, after that finish my whole bottle of water...

被遗忘的旧铁路
已经是不可通车的旧铁路,真让人有怀旧的感觉。我喜欢这个感觉。虽然是废弃了,但却可以充当美丽的摄影背景,它是有价值的!

Swimming Metta
This was the first time 宝宝 swims.
At first she was scared, and I even accidentally slipped her into water because I lost grip of her (although the place she slipped was shadow), I worried she might gain water phobia after that. To my relief, she actually started to accept "water" and begin kicking against the water with the help of a float.
See! How she enjoys swimming!
View of Cloud on a dawn
The sun is behind the cloud, hiding somewhere. The cloud is lite and thus form a very beautiful scene. The earth turns and in a split of minutes, the rays deminished.
