Yeah displaying some of my "bakery" bread loaf.

Oh there is a roll of swiss roll.

I a, trying out the pattern on the outside but skill not so good :P

Cheese and Egg Mayo Buns

My cheese and egg mayo wholemeal buns, baked today.

Cheese one are round while the oval one were wrapped with egg mayo.

I used the TZ method, but many because I add wholemeal, so it don;t look
soft on the outside, but it's soft on the inside!

This is one of my home baked yummy yummy matcha (green tea) loaf

Recently baked chiffons

I am crazy about baking chiffons, but I can't take chiffon because of
the high sugar content needed to beating the egg whites.

I baked these chiffons for fun and forcing my husband to eat.

Save the earth

KL's school need him to prepare a  plywood with theme on environmental friendly eco project. 

Here is what was done with the help from me. (School allows parent to help for lower primary).

Drawing was done by him, background colouring and some part of the colouring was done by me.
